Meal prep can save you time every day but it can also benefit your health. You’re probably thinking how exactly?

Life can get quite hectic. Our to do list gets longer and when we are pressed for time, what is the first thing to go? Most of the time, it is our basic needs.

Eating healthy meals and snacks go right out the window and we opt for something fast and easy sacrificing the nutrients and vitamins whole foods offer. Which is exactly what we need to keep our energy levels up when we are busy.

So we go through drive thru’s, order in pizza or make soups from a can. I’m guilty of this as well. But I’ve learned the hard way how much of an impact an unhealthy diet has on me and let me tell you, I am not the only one to suffer because of it. When I am not in my healthiest state eating nutritious foods and getting the right vitamins and minerals, I am unable to show up as my best self in my business or life.

Lindsay Pleskot, Registered Dietician, is the queen of effective meal prep. She has mastered how to keep it simple with her 3-2-1 method.

In this episode, she shares exactly what the 3-2-1 method is, how we can keep meal prep to 1 hour a week, how to plan your meals using the items you have prepped and her approach to a balanced plate.
