Episode 13: How to Heal Your Anxiety

Anxiety – that dreaded word that cripples so many people in life. I’ve experienced it myself, and it has forever changed my life. Or so I thought. I knew when my anxiety started – it was after a traumatic past experience. But I did not understand why I was experiencing it with different things. It was not until I listened to Emilie Clarke’s podcast Love Your Anxiety that it all became clear and so easily.

Emilie’s approach is simple and I love that. It was such a great lightbulb moment for me. Figuring out the “why” is the first step to healing and overcoming it.

I was so eager to chat with Emilie and learn more about her approach – Love Your Anxiety. Love Your Anxiety… that alone makes you stop and think. How can you love your anxiety, it’s horrible, it’s so hard to experience. But somehow she takes the negative aspect away and changes the perception of it. When you look at it from a different perspective, it becomes easier to understand but you also become hopeful that you can overcome it.

This was such a great chat with such incredible advice to help you with your anxiety. I cannot wait for you to come on a journey of figuring out your “why”, taking back control and living a full happy life – anxiety free.
