Episode 139: How To Prioritize Health As An Entrepreneur

Taking care of our health and wellness is the first thing that goes out the window when life gets busy. We often prioritize the needs of others and get caught up in our endless to do’s most likely thinking to ourselves that we will make time at some point.

I know this was the case for myself and sometimes I can get back into this cycle when life and work become hectic. But what we often learn, the hard way, is our health and wellness is at the core of us being able to show up daily – for ourselves and others.

If we don’t take time each day to take care of ourselves on all levels, eventually our “cup” will run empty. And from experience, it takes MUCH more effort and longer to heal from rock bottom or burn out rather than keeping up with it daily.

So can we can do daily to prioritize ourselves?

Today, I am joined by the lovely Megan Swan, Integrated Wellness + Business Coach. She is certified by the Institute for Integrated as a health coach, Plant-Based Chef, Detox Expert, Certified Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of integrative wellness experience being her own boss.
